City Schools Superintendent Paul McKendrick said Thursday he may reverse proposals to eliminate middle schools sports and charge fees for high school athletic participation. He says wants to take a closer look at athletic programs before deciding on any changes. His plan would cut employee benefits, but McKendrick says he's not proposing any pay cuts. The school board will vote on a budget next Tuesday. |
