A Chesapeake man who was flying the plane that hit and killed a man jogging on a South Carolina Beach on Monday is offering few details about the crash. Edward Smith would only say Tuesday that he had "a lot of issues going on right now." The jogger was hit as the plane tried to make an emergency landing.
