Amherst murder suspect faces more charges
The Amherst man accused of murdering 19-year-old Justin Baumgardner last weekend now faces more charges. 21-year-old Timothy Wayne Wright is now charged with abducting Justin Davis, the son of an Amherst County sheriff’s deputy. Davis told police that Wright stole his handgun and used it to shoot Baumgardner multiple times. A memorial service is scheduled for Monday at 10 a.m.
